Builder of the Year Awarded

GUELPH, ONTARIO -- Guelph builder Ashton Ridge Homes has been named the Guelph and District Home Builders Association's Home Builder of the Year. The award was announced at a dinner honoring Mark Godman on March 8th during the President's Ball.

Godman, President of Ashton Ridge Homes Inc. of Guelph, builds mostly single family homes of 1,800 to over 4000 square feet in Southern Ontario. Company projects include an adult lifestyle community in Palgrave, as well as a tradition development in Rockwood, consisting of luxury townhomes and beautifully styled single family homes.

"We are committed to providing high quality products in our homes. We want to project a personal side to home building, striving to make each home right for every Ashton Ridge Homes’ client." Godman said.

Mr. Godman started Ashton Ridge Homes 10 years ago, carrying on the family tradition in home construction that his Grandfather and later Uncle began in 1932.
